I love my Nikon D40 and have really gotten used to the size. It is not bad at all! I do still keep my sony cybershot in my purse for “emergencies” though. :)

Just before Christmas it quit working-wouldn’t zoom right and sometimes half the picture was blurry-don’t know if that is common you might want to do a google search on it.
