This was pure comfort food in our house. Anytime someone had a REALLY bad day (boyfriend break up, failing a major test, etc) my mom would make this for us. It ALWAYS made us feel better. I think I will be making some for my kids this weekend.

I thought I was hallucinating at first, but it is real! Chocolate gravy! Like something out of Willie Wonka’s Chocolate Factory. It is a dream come true. I will definitely have to make this!!

My favorites growing up were my mom’s lemon bars and my aunt’s oatmeal fudgies. Actually, the fudgies are similar to the chocolate gravy except there is no flour and you mix it with oatmeal instead of pouring on biscuits. Yum!
