This past weekend was spring changeover for RAGS Consignment store in Van Buren, Arkansas. If you have been around this blog very long then you know the owner is my best friend.
I helped with the changeover and let me tell you running a top-notch clothing store is hard work! Twice a year at each changeover, everything is removed from the sales floor, the carpets are shampooed and EVERY square inch is cleaned (walls, racks, dressing rooms, ceilings, everything). Then we restock with the current season’s clothes and give the back room a total cleaning as well. Isn’t that awesome?!
My favorite section is the kid’s room. Have a sassy little girl? Head over there first thing this morning to get this little number before it is snapped up!
This is also a great place to get name brand clothes for your picky preteen/teen children on a frugal budget!
In addition to the kid’s section she has a men’s room, a women’s room (all sizes, shirts, pants, shoes, dresses, etc.). and a home decor room. Basically she has a little bit of everything. I even saw a few prom dresses in the back room.
