Southern Fried Sundays: How Great is Our God!

When I first caught glimpse of this sunset, the greatness of God instantly came over me. I snapped this with my iPhone to capture the moment. As beautiful as this photo is, it is no comparison to the beauty of the real thing. Likewise, as beautiful as the reality of the sunset was it pales in comparison to the glory of our Lord. Doesn’t that completely blow your mind?

This is the song that is in my heart today. What are you singing?

How Great is Our God
The splendor of the King, clothed in majesty
Let all the earth rejoice
All the earth rejoice

He wraps himself in Light, and darkness tries to hide
And trembles at His voice
Trembles at His voice

How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God, and all will see
How great, how great is our God

Age to age He stands
And time is in His hands
Beginning and the end
Beginning and the end

The Godhead Three in One
Father Spirit Son
The Lion and the Lamb
The Lion and the Lamb

How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God, and all will see
How great, how great is our God

Name above all names
Worthy of all praise
My heart will sing
How great is our God

Name above all names
Worthy of all praise
My heart will sing
How great is our God

How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God, and all will see
How great, how great is our God

This is such a beautiful song.
I love it when we sing it at church.
