We are working on planting some butterfly friendly plants this year. Hopefully we will have them planted in time for Kimba’s garden party next week! BBC has a butterfly life cycle book that he loves so I thought it would be fun to have more of these creatures around.
We have a local family magazine (Little Rock Family) that is a fabulous resource for local events. This month an article with the title Got Milkweed? caught my eye. I am going to tell my youngest daughter about this and see if we can get a summer project going together. We both love butterflies and hummingbirds, so this is right up our alley ;o)
