This is an older picture of him and his Great-Pappy on the tractor. I haven’t gotten the newer pictures from Mamu just yet. On his visit this week, he helped Great-Pappy and Great-Uncle Jerry move the cows from one field to the other. I hear that Great-Uncle Jerry even let him “drive” the tractor a bit. He helped Mamu haul dirt from the creek to her yard to fill in the holes. And he went for a chilly swim in the creek, er, I mean he fell in – twice! It’s not as bad as you are thinking, though. It was near 80 here today!
He is back safe and sound at home tonight. I miss him when he goes on his visits. But I am also thankful for the time to myself. Almost all the Christmas (and fall, oh my) decor is packed up and I can’t wait to share a few of my organizational tips for packing and storing items. I kind of have an obsession in this department!

That is so neat he gets to visit them and have experiences like that! He will cherish those memories his entire life, you know.

I love tractors and all things farm related : ). They make me think of my Daddy! He just LOVES farms. I always wanted to buy him one some day. Now as I realize I will never have extra farm money I feel a little sad…Hope your son has so much fun!
