Let’s Party! July 4th Linky Party

We enjoyed a wonderful July 4th afternoon with friends, family, and the city! Here’s a little peek at our holiday…

Sunshine (Make Life Delicious) and Keith (Tsudo @ KnowtheNetwork) hosted a July 4th shindig at their beautiful home. Sunshine did not disappoint with these tasty and festive cupcakes! She poked holes in them and drizzled with red and blue jello. Then topped them with whipped cream and sprinkles. They were light, sweet, and of course delicious!!!

Christie (ARFoodie @ Fancy Pants Foodie) made gorgeous and equally scrumptious bruschetta. I bet she will post the recipe soon if she hasn’t already.

And the rest of us brought food for a fabulous spread. Well, I got off easy – I brought drinks. I iced them down in my Nola Party Bucket, of course!

We had lots of fun gabbing and laughing. Most everyone was camera shy except these two beautiful gals!

And the kiddos, of course!

I love the iconic fun they had running through the sprinkler…

and enjoying some yummy watermelon!

In the evening we enjoyed the hospitality of downtown Little Rock

They put on a wonderful fireworks display. The buzz was it was their best ever and I agree. The finale was spectacular. This is my attempt at fireworks photo behind the American flag. Eh, I tried!

Now Let’s Party! I want to hear all about your holiday! Share pictures, your favorite July 4th recipe or decoration – whatever represents July 4th for you!

Please link back and visit others so everyone can enjoy the party!

GREAT photos and those cupcakes are making me have a major cupcake craving (which is not good since it’s after 9pm).
